Processing Time / Turn-Around Time (TAT) Policy

TAT is 21 business days excluding holidays. If for any reason your order will extend outside of this range, I will contact you.

Shipping Policy

I am not responsible for items once they leave my hands. USPS has experienced frequent delays depending on your local area. Shipping delays within USPS are out of my control so please be kind if the unexpected happens. You can track your package by visiting your account on my website and searching for your order. Your tracking number will be listed there. If there are any issues during the transit of your package, message me and I'd be happy to help you.

Local Pick-Up

If picking up locally, I will tag you in Labeled Rebel Facebook group when your order is ready with available pick-up time. In addition, you will receive an email that your order is ready for pick-up along with directions. Once picked up, I will mark your order fulfilled.

Return Policy

For sanity reasons, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. PLEASE check size guide before ordering! If there is an error made by Labeled Rebel or a defect in the item, you must email labeledrebel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery of the item so a refund or replacement can be discussed.
